I was very fortunate to find Lanney and Austin to replace my aging water heater. They arrived as scheduled and worked fast and efficiently. They were careful and patient, explaining everything they did and why. Anything I wanted to amend was not a problem. They were in and out in less than three hours. Fantastic group of people I will certainly use again.

Excellent company! Professional and their response was quick! Our water heater went out in the evening and by the next morning they were out and had a new, updated one installed. Very fair price as well! And they totally cleaned up after the install including the floor where any drips may have landed outside of the carpets they laid to take the old heater out.
