A- Yes we only offer the Navien 240A2 tankless water heater. This product has proven to be very dependable for the customers. Q – I have a regular water heater now am I able to switch to a TWH? If so what is involved?
A – Give us a call to set up a FREE consultation. You can switch from a tanked standard water heater to a tankless one. We would need to come to your home and see where the venting could be run to and where the customer would like it installed at, also we would need to do a load calculation on the gas line to determine if we can use the existing gas line or if we need to install a new one from the meter.
Q- Do you offer a warranty on your TWH?
A – Yes the warranty on the Navien 240A2 tankless heat exchanger is 15 years, and the parts are 5 years, also we match the manufacturer’s warranty with our labor warranty. We will go over this with you in more detail at the time of your appointment.
